In 1909, a 10-year-old Indiana Jones accompanies his father on a lecture tour of Russia where he runs away from his family. Traveling through poverty-striken villages, he encounters Leo Tolstoy, who has also deserted his family to seek a more peaceful existence. Indiana Jones is reunited with his family and his adventures continue as father and son travel alone amidst the ruins of ancient Greece.
