Synopsis:
Animated anthology series that explores issues from a female point of view. Each half-hour episode consists of four to seven short animated films produced by different animators. Segments include: "Closet Cases," which follows the stories of women's clothing; "Bitchy Bitch," previously known as "Bitchy Bits," based on the feminist comic book by Roberta Gregory; "Avenue Amy," featuring sex columnist Amy Sohn having adventures in downtown New York; "Knitwits," set in a knitting shop; "Pink Palace," which focuses on a 16-year-old Filipino immigrant living in Oakland, California; "Drawn From Life," in which everyday women relates thier stories; "Hey Monie," the story of a friendship between two African-American women; and "Fat Girl," about the life of a warm-hearted, intelligent, fat girl in Los Angeles.

A new 4-minute animated segment, "The Ruth Truth," premiered July 15, 2000 on the television series, but originally premiered June 12, 2000 on the Web site, Oxygen.com. The segment follows the adventures of Ruth Decker, an actress/comedian who lands a job working undercover for a detective agency that specializes in busting vendors who traffic in counterfeit designer goods.

A new 3-minute stop-motion animated segment, "Chick Flicks," premiered March 23, 2001 in a special one-hour episode. "Chick Flicks" parodies movies primarily marketed to female audiences.
