Sam and Mel sneak out to Mel's doctor appointment, but Sam's lost his keys so they borrow Mel's dad's truck. The garage is blocked when they arrive back so they park the car in the leaves. The truck runs so hot it ignites the truck which explodes seconds after Mel and Sam announce their news.
