Synopsis:
When the taxicab that Alex was born in is retired, Alex charms it back to life. But when the cab decides to remain by Alex's side at all times, she and Justin must figure out how to get rid of it. Harper starts to learn about wizard magic, and gets scared when Alex uses it.
