Nancy must throw a cocktail party for the town's leaders while dealing with U-Turn and his increasing demands. Celia's relationship with Sullivan Groff deepens as Doug tries to intervene. U-Turn pays Conrad and Heylia a threatening visit. While doing community service, Silas meets the beautiful, religious Tara Lindman. And U-Turn has a seizure and while Nancy goes to get help, he is murdered by his next in command.
