Watch Over Me: The Gorgon's Head

With Michael still threatening to throw Julia into the dam, Jack is overcome by the Medusa strain flooding his system, giving Michael and Andre the upperhand once more; Ryan and Melanie turn in the evidence against Michael to the FBI; Leandra comes and finds Caroline at the pub, where she reveals that she and Michael were responsible for the death of Natalie's son and Caroline's mother. Leandra also confesses her love for Michael and then pulls a gun on Caroline; Michael and Andre bring Jack and Julia back to the laboratory, where Dr. Baeden refuses to perform the procedure to extract Perseus from Jack because it will kill him; Caroline neutralizes Leandra and comes after Michael; Michael kills Baeden; The FBI surround the compound, so Michael decides to activate a self-destruct mechanism for the entire compound that will take out himself, Jack and Julia; the Feds nab Andre; Caroline goes back to the labs and confronts her father, who dies right in front of her from Medusa; Julia leaves Jack in the lab after she thinks she's witnessed his death, but crafty Jack manages to escape. Some time later, Julia has started a family practice, Caroline's living with Natalie and Eric; Leandra and Andre are behind bars for life, which pleases him greatly; and Jack actually managed to survive the explosion, and continues his romance with Julia.
