Synopsis:
A crack team of top members of various crime fighting agencies (LAPD, ATF, FBI, etc.) is gathered to hunt down the most dangerous fugitive criminals in Los Angeles. Their first assignment is to capture a death row inmate who escaped police custody at his mother's funeral.
