Britney Spears delivered Letterman‘s Top Ten List Tuesday night while perched on a desk in a teeny bikini.

In a pre-taped segment, the pop star — wearing a red hibiscus tucked behind one ear — lists the “Top Ten Ways the Country Would Be Different If Britney Spears Were President.” It was her first appearance on The Late Show in three years.
