Synopsis:
Farrah tells Mitchee she wants to handle the renegotiation of the company building lease, assuming she can use her looks to charm the male landlord like her mother used to, but she is forced to ask Mitchee for help when she learns that the landlord's daughter has taken over the role. Meanwhile, Alan discovers that he's allergic to Lee's miniature horse, Tinkerbell.
