Synopsis:
Cops and City Council members meet with the angry residents of Baltimore's West Side to encourage them to come forth with information on any drug pushers; Greggs and McNulty press Bubbles back into duty to gather street intelligence on the Barksdale gang; After going to work with a crew of Hispanic laborers Cutty faces the hard reality of the straight life and soon seeks out the Barksdale gang for work; Colvin's cops spread the word among the street dealers that they must move to the Free Zone in order to avoid harassment by the cops.
