Synopsis:
Brother Mouzone confronts Omar about Stringer Bell; Police Commissioner Burrell debates with Rawls and other ranking officers what to do about Hamsterdam; Avon Barksdale gives Wise $15,000 to fix up the Westside Gym; Stringer Bell becomes angry when the money he gave State Senator Davis produces none of the promised results; Bell asks Slim Charles to kill Clay Davis; Bell incriminates himself over a wiretap; Omar and Mouzone meet outside Bell's development site and they soon end up shooting Bell when they confront him and he tries to flee.
