A documentary series that chronicles individual personal wartime experiences of American military veterans of World War II. Each episode is a personal account of a veteran's experience and narrated by the veteran in his own words. Personal photos are combined with historic footage from the National Archives of the veteran's own unit, ship, bomb group or infantry division.
