On her first night in her new house, 13-year-old Maria Jackson is awakened by a bright light. Sneaking outside, she can't believe her eyes — her eccentric neighbor Sarah Jane is face to face with what can only be an alien! The next day, Maria is invited on a trip to a soft-drinks factory.
