Pepa wants to go to the biggest party on the planet, Mardi Gras in New Orleans. She knows Salt won't go with her, so she hatches a scheme. The plan is to trick Salt into going south for what she thinks is an innocent mission to help rebuild a city. Once the ladies arrive, Pep springs the rest of the news.
