Synopsis:

It takes a near-death experience on Luke's part for Marissa to agree to hear his life-changing plans of leaving the O.C. Sandy comes to a crossroads with The Lighthouse where he can either get rid of Jimmy or get a liquor license. Caleb asks Julie to marry him.
