Synopsis:
Colin Dowling plans to steal some of the Carvers' thunder when he not only entices some of their employees away, but also oversees the annual "Boundary Days" festival that David Carver Sr founded. To counter his actions, David and Will plan their own beach festival at the bottom of the mounatin. Meanwhile, Shelly's burgeoning friendship with Michael Dowling has dire consequences for her friendship with Sam, while Max considers retribution against David after he fails to show up.
