Wendy Watson is struggling to make ends meet floating from one temp job to another when she is thrown in the middle of a science experiment gone wrong. The Middleman shows up to save the day and wants Wendy to work with him to fight against evil. Wendy must learn how to balance her "normal" life with her new life of fighting evil.
