Synopsis:
A journalist who is trying to get footage of a robbery brings his girlfriend with him and she gets shot. It looks like the woman, who was a paramedic, was killed because she was put in harms way, but Bishop and Cole find links to a suspect with a very personal vendetta. In the meantime, it is Bishop's birthday and he does not want to celebrate, but Cole has other plans.
