Slide tries to convince Pam to sleep with him, claiming that their friends Lance and Charmaine are sexually active. Pam speaks with Charmaine, who says that Slide's claim is a lie. Pam expresses her love of Slide to Cliff and Clair and asks Cliff for birth control pills. Cliff and Clair explain that love is very complicated and for her to take things slow.
