Synopsis:
Cliff and Clair, Cliff's parents and Elvin's parents gather at the hospital to await Sondra's delivery. Dr. Taylor announces to the family that Sondra and Elvin had twins, which they name Nelson and Winnie. Theo is shocked that Howard is not ready to commit to Julia and begins thinking about asking her out.
