Synopsis:
Rudy invites some friends over for a video-watching party, and they are frustrated that they always have to watch the same kid's movies. They put in an inappropriate video, and Clair gets upset when she sees them watching it. Rudy thinks she has too many rules and gives her parents a list of grievances. Cliff and Clair agree to eliminate one of the rules, and Rudy wants to be allowed to stay up as late as she wants. When Rudy is tired and cranky at school the next day, her teacher gets upset. Rudy tries to stay up late with Cliff but falls asleep immediately.
