Synopsis:
Cliff picks Theo up from the police station after Theo was caught in a car with a friend who only has a learner's permit. Theo, who was already grounded, lied to his parents about going to study and instead went to Coney Island. Clair complains that they never had this many problems with their daughters and gets upset with Cliff when he defends Theo. They allow Theo to go to a party at his girlfriend's house but ground him after the event.
