Synopsis:
Theo, Vanessa, Rudy and Kenny make a haunted house in the Huxtable's basement for Halloween. Cliff's neighbor Jeffrey asks Cliff to return a power drill he borrowed, and Cliff cannot find it. Jeffrey is very upset because the drill belonged to his father, and he tells Cliff that he can longer trust him. Cliff offers to buy a new drill but suddenly remembers that he hid the drill so the kids wouldn't play with it.
