Synopsis:
Rudy wants to wear a summer dress to a party, but Clair forbids her because it is too cold outside. Rudy tries to trick Cliff into letting her wear the dress but is caught by Clair. Rudy complains to Theo that she doesn't get to make any of her own choices, and Theo tells her that all of the Huxtable kids have gone through these issues. Vanessa takes her ex-boyfriend Robert to the mall to help him find a new girlfriend.
