Synopsis:
Theo teaches Rudy how to play checkers and is upset when she beats him. Vanessa invites two popular girls over to impress them so they will invite her to be on the school's pep squad. Vanessa tells them how much an expensive painting of the Huxtables' cost; the girls invite her to be on the squad, but a couple of girls at school call her a stuck-up rich girl. Cliff goes to an electronic's store to buy a new remote, and Clair forbids him to buy anything else.
