The Closer: The Butler Did It

A butler who is on trial for murdering the beautiful young widow of his late employer is found dead. Although ostensibly a suicide, Brenda is informed by the DA that the Butler was going to cut a deal. The murderer is likely the children of the butler's late boss, which include the oldest son who fled the country when idicted for beating his former girlfriend to death (the charges were later dropped), a spoiled drug addict daughter, and a younger son who has been arrested several times for picking up gay prostitutes. Brenda must unravel this tangled mess while fighting the family's clever and devoted lawyer.
