Synopsis:
The remaining five contestants go to New York City for makeovers that show how far they've come. They get hairstyles at a top salon, then head to Macy's, where "Project Runway" winner Christian Siriano helps them find outfits that show off their figures. Later, their transformations are revealed on the "Tyra Banks Show." The contestants seem to be overwhelmed by the gifts and pampering, and are completely unaware that their loved ones are waiting to surprise them backstage.
