The Bachelor's Melissa Rycroft told Ellen DeGeneres she won't stay friends with Jason Mesnick and the woman he left her for, Molly Malaney.

Rycroft, 25, spoke publicly for the first time about getting dumped by Mesnick on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, airing Thursday.

The jilted Bachelor winner -- or loser? -- said she knew she and Mesnick were over when she taped the After The Final Rose show. What she didn't know -- or at least hadn't confirmed -- was that he still had feelings for runner-up Malaney. When Mesnick admitted those feelings on national television, Rycroft felt betrayed.

"I repeatedly asked him, 'Is Molly involved in anything?' ... And he said, 'No, gosh no,'" Rycroft told a sympathetic Ellen. "And the second I went out on that stage, he goes, 'P.S. it is Molly.' And I went, 'Bastard!'"

Rycroft said Mesnick gave up on the relationship almost immediately after taping had ended.

"I couldn't understand why at the time," she said. "Now I do -- because I think there was someone else involved."

Mesnick claimed on air that he had not seen Malaney since they parted in New Zealand, but Rycroft said she suspects they had been talking on the phone.

"Being a girl, you get that feeling," she says. "Anybody that's been cheated on, you know. And being a woman, I got that feeling, because he just backed away from me, and I knew he had contacted her."

Rycroft also admitted to exchanging emails with Mesnick shortly after filming After The Final Rose -- emails that were recently leaked online.

When asked if she could be friends with Mesnick and Malaney, Rycroft responded that they don't have the characteristics of people she would want to be friends with. She has moved on, however -- Rycroft says she's dating a former friend named ... wait for it ... Ty.

DeGeneres, a vocal supporter of The Bachelor franchise, will have Mesnick and Malaney as guests on her show airing Friday.
