After getting dumped by Jason Mesnick on national television, Bachelor winner-turned-loser Melissa Rycroft told her ex-fiance not to call or text her again.

But that didn't keep her from e-mailing him after taping the After The Final Rose show in which Jason confessed he still had feelings for finalist Molly Malaney.
Access Hollywood has gone public with those emails, in which Melissa initially apologizes to Jason for getting so angry on the show.

"You know as well as I do that you didn't give 100% to me or the relationship," she writes. "I don't understand how you can walk away from something without giving it your all -- but I am walking away knowing I did."

Melissa also takes Jason to task for not telling her about his feelings for Molly until they were on the air: "I'm not stupid, I knew about Molly ... knew you guys had been talking ... and you lied to me about it."
She ends the email by asking him not to respond, but he does -- and blames the producers of the show.
