Synopsis:
Each team is given an empty storefront, models, a construction crew and mattresses to create a living window to promote Vera Wang mattresses by Serta. One team struggles with the leadership of their project manager, while the other team works without the aid of a new team member. In the end, Vera Wang and the Serta executive choose the best window display, and a celeb from the losing team is fired.
