Synopsis: Reality series in which eleven teams of two people perform various tasks on a trip around the world. At every destination, the couples compete in a series of mental and physical challenges. Once the tasks have been completed each couple is told their next destination. Couples who are the farthest behind are gradually eliminated, with the first team to reach the final destination receiving one million dollars.

The eleven couples are: fraternity brothers, Andrew and Kevin; working moms/friends, Brenda and Patricia; best friends/lawyers, Brennan and Rob; grandparents/married 40 years, David and Margaretta; separated parents, Frank and Margarita; life partners, Joseph and Bill; single teachers/best friends, Kimberly and Leslie; dating, Leonard and Karyn; married couple, Matthew and Ana; mother/daughter, Nancy and Emily; and engaged couple, Paul and Amie.
