Mrs. Ros Pritchard, a supermarket manager decides to run for political office. As she begins her campaign, other women follow her lead. Meanwhile, her daughter, Emily breaks up a wedding. Ros wins the election, but then realizes she has no experience. Her husband Ian thinks she should step down. The Queen tries to persuade Ros to stay and her supporters, Catherine and Miranda put together a cabinet.
