Synopsis:
Kevin is forced to go on the run to protect his research on Promicin. We learn that he was using another 4400, Tess, to bring Diana to Kevin so he could inject her with Promicin without her consent. Tom and the NTAC must extract it from Diana before it's too late. Meanwhile, Shawn befriends a rock legend who wants to use Shawn's ability so that he can keep partying. Richard tries to hone his telekinetic ability. Isabelle is is revealed to be supplying Haspelcorp with a stock pile of Promicin.
