Synopsis:
Tom and Diana are drugged with a hallucinogen called Blink that was created by a 4400. Tom confronts his dead father, while Diana sees her ex-fiancee. Isabelle decides that she and Shawn should get married. She believes that she was sent to do terrible things that could cause the deaths of millions of people and that her relationship with him is the only thing keeping her humanity alive. Shawn tries to kill her in her sleep by draining her life force, but she awakes unaffected. She explains that Shawn's abilities won't work on her, and that the wedding will go on.
