Teachers: Testing

Jeff's arch nemesis Doug has everybody under his spell, but when Jeff tries to label the testing guru a fraud, he may find him self in a bit of a pickle. Meanwhile Dick supports Tina and vows to do what he can to help her remain at Filmore High school.
