Synopsis:
Set in the near future, a team of scientific experts run an organization called Shieldstorm, who discover a method of controlling and altering weather behavior. When asked to put their theories to the test to battle and harness a hurricane, a critical error unleashes more than they bargain for with the fate of Miami at stake.
