Synopsis:
First, a car full of youths gets caught driving with no bumper, a cracked windshield and no front license plate. In addition to the citations the driver gets for the needed repairs to his car, the officer also gives the young man a ticket for smoking a cigarette 50 feet from a gas station. Next, an officer with the Florida Highway Patrol, notices a car going 86 miles per hour. Upon stopping the vehicle, the officer asks for the drivers license and registration, cites him and very quickly send them on their way. Finally, an officer notices a driver operating a vehicle without wearing his seat-belt. After stopping the car, the officers joke around with the young man for a while, cite him and send him on his way.
