Synopsis:
The kids of South Park, especially Cartman, become entranced by an affluent black man, Mr. Jefferson, who lives in a house with his son and some wondrous toys and animals. The police force, however, irked by his large-than-life status, decides that Mr. Jefferson has to be stopped.
