South Park: Night of the Living Homeless

Homeless people flock to South Park for reasons unknown. When Kyle gives one of them $20, the population reaches a critical mass, and the town denizens, led by Randy, no longer feel safe. But rather than hide, Kyle, Stan, Cartman and Kenny try to find out the source of the homeless population, only to discover that they have been sent to South Park from another city. So, the boys decide to lead the homeless people to yet another city in order to get rid of them: Santa Monica, California.
