Smoking Gun Presents: World's Dumbest: Partiers

Tonight on "World's Dumbest Partiers," a DUI suspect attempts to escape a holding cell, using his head. Next, a man gets caught at a sobriety check point, and begins shouting and doing push-ups. Then, a nude man runs along side racing horses, until he falls face first into the track. Finally, a man tells officers he is from the C.I.A, to avoid taking a sobriety test, but when police ask him how to spell it, he has some difficulty.
