Synopsis:
Jonathan goes in for bypass surgery, and while in the waiting room, Clark meets a young man named Garrett whose brother died as a result of liver failure. Surprisingly, Vincent somehow later comes back to life briefly, until his liver gives out once more. This prompts Garrett to think Vincent can live if only he can get a new liver, and returns to the hospital with a Kryptonite bomb strapped to his chest ordering that Jonathan's liver be transplanted into Vincent.
