Synopsis:
The last four stylists get a big surprise during the challenge, when they find out their client isn't who they thought it would be, it's their identical twin. Only three stylists are left after the elimination challenge, where they create innovative, experimental hair styles that will be paired with outrageous designer clothes during a photo shoot with a big name celebrity photographer.
