Synopsis:
When an 11-year-old boy who went missing four years ago is found living happily with his abductor. The abductor claims that he was saving the boy from abusive parents. After the boy is returned to his parents, he runs away. While searching for him, Sebastian finds another boy that had been abducted by the same man. The second boy helps the team find the runaway. Meanwhile, Jessica loses the election.
