Synopsis:
Ignoring her rule about not working with Jackson, Ryan gets him a job redesigning her art gallery, but when her boss dislikes Jackson's creative instincts, she realizes why she set the rule to begin with when she must now fire her husband. Meanwhile, Paula muscles her way into the job of office manager at Nigel's office, but he soon learns that she doesn't know much about interacting with people.
