Dr. Kelso signs Sacred Heart up for RateYourDoctor.org, a website where patients can evaluate and score their doctors, in hopes it will lead to better patient care. However, while in pursuit of the number one spot, Turk and Dr. Cox play dirty to take J.D. out of the running. Meanwhile, Elliot struggles with ethics when one of her terminal patients reveals that she intentionally overdosed on medication. Elsewhere, Carla can't figure out what the Janitor's new girlfriend could possibly see in him.
