J.D. and Turk try to forget that the Turk's new nanny is smoking hot, but when the pair holds a public screening of the footage from the nanny cam Carla soon catches on. Elsewhere, Eliot and the Janitor team up to cheer up a dying patient, but their actions cause Dr. Kelso to feel undermined. Meanwhile, Nurse Roberts and Dr. Cox debate whether or not "everything happens for a reason," but when Nurse Roberts ends up in a life threatening coma after a car accident it's hard for Cox to accept this as true.
