The day after 6 million viewers tuned in for Jesse James’ tell-all interview on Nightline, Sandra Bullock’s rep confirmed she will show up at the MTV Movie Awards to accept an award on June 6.

But don’t get too excited, because she won’t be doing any press. It will be the Oscar winner’s first public appearance since news of her husband’s cheating scandal broke on March 17.

James confirmed in the Nightline interview that the couple are getting divorced.

Bullock was named the first female recipient of MTV’s My Generation award Wednesday. Previous winners include Tom Cruise, Jim Carrey, Spike Lee and Adam Sandler.
