Synopsis:
In November 2003, the Massachusetts Supreme Court rules in favor of protecting gays and lesbians' right to marry, becoming the first state in the nation to do so. In the ensuing controversy, seven betrothed gay and lesbian couples navigate the changing political landscape of same sex marriages in an effort to be legally recognized as a married couple.
