Julia ends her engagement with Richard out of concern over his drug addiction. Meanwhile, Marcus angles to get in good with Chief Hardy, whom he now knows is The Guerrero; Anton confronts his son about his abuse issues; Pilar thinks she sees Marcus, and not in his priest's collar; the civil trial against Roman begins and the defense strategy becomes clear: accuse the Martin's, any Martin, of killing the family patriarch; and, while on a quiet scenic drive, somebody runs Roman right off the road.
