Synopsis:
After Roman Martin and Julia Capshaw become engaged, she finds him hunched over her father's body, with blood on his hands. This only serves to escalate the war between the Martin's and the Capshaw's, which has been brewing for years. So when Roman is declared innocent at the trial, the possiblity of rekindling his romance with Julia materializes. Meanwhile, shady operator Anton Vargas continues to buy up valuable beachfront property, with the likely goal being to eventually knock out the Martin's and the Capshaw's respective holdings. It would also seem as though Anton had previous run-ins with the deceased Mr. Capshaw, and that his death might have been the result of some payback, and that Sloane Capshaw's fiance, Santos, was the one who did the killing, and not Roman; fleeing criminal Marcus Pitts poses as a priest while he lays low. He doesn't expect falling for a faithful woman: Pilar Martin; and, Roman decides to go and see Julia, but he finds that she may have already moved on when the son of Anton Vargas comes strolling out of her bathroom in nothing but a towel.
